Job summary

Boulder Connect seeks a full-time seasonal grain handler to support loading, unloading, storing, and moving bulk commodities at a processing facility. You will operate equipment, inspect operations, and assist with basic maintenance to ensure safe grain flow.

Responsibilities include loading/unloading trucks, managing grain piles, and ensuring equipment readiness. The role requires teamwork, safety awareness, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs., indoors and outdoors in varying conditions.

Qualifications

• Eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Able to communicate effectively in English.
• Basic computer skills.
• Comfort working indoors and outdoors in varying temperatures and heights, wearing PPE.
