The role involves supporting seasonal grain handling operations by loading, unloading, storing, and moving bulk commodities in a fast-paced agricultural environment. Responsibilities include operating equipment, performing inspections, and assisting with basic maintenance to ensure safe and efficient grain flow.

Key duties

facility operations such as truck, vessel, barge, and railcar loading/unloading, maintaining equipment, providing customer service, and adhering to safety policies. The role requires physical tasks like lifting up to 50 lbs., climbing, bending, and working outdoors in various weather conditions, often at heights of 4 to 150 feet, with appropriate PPE.

Qualifications

eligibility to work in the U.S. without sponsorship, being 18 or older, good communication skills in English, basic computer proficiency, and physical ability to perform demanding tasks. Prior production experience is a plus.

This position offers full-time seasonal employment with a compensation of $25.00/hr and a $2,000 sign-on bonus. It emphasizes safety, teamwork, reliability, and flexibility to work overtime, weekends, and holidays.
