Job summary

ADM is seeking an Operations Supervisor for Enid, OK to lead daily grain elevator operations across four elevators. The role reports to the Superintendent and focuses on safe, efficient, and compliant performance with a day-to-day leadership emphasis.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience to manage a team

• Ability to work rotating shifts and physical requirements

Responsibilities

• Assist Operations Management with day-to-day elevator activities: loading/unloading, sampling, grading, transferring, blending, storage of grain products.
• Schedule operations for hourly staff and communicate procedures to the workforce.
• Enforce company policies and safety programs; ensure safe, efficient operations per shift.
• Develop and document operational goals and procedures for the department and plant.
• Conduct daily facility walkthroughs; supervise staff and track progress.
• Perform inspections and document results; train staff and sign off on qualifications.
• Coordinate daily workplans with the Superintendent and lead safety trainings.
