Job summary

ADM's grain facilities in Norfolk, NE are seeking an Elevator Worker to support the safe handling, drying, storing, and loading of grain. This hands-on, outdoor role requires strong safety awareness and the ability to work various shifts in a fast-paced agricultural environment.

You will operate and monitor grain handling equipment, assist with receiving/shipping, perform housekeeping, and participate in ongoing safety training to ensure a clean, efficient facility and timely product movement.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload grain from trucks and railcars using automated and manual equipment.
• Operate and monitor grain dryers, conveyors, elevators, and other handling systems.
• Assist with receiving and shipping operations for accurate documentation and safe product transfer.
• Perform housekeeping to maintain a safe, tour-ready environment.
• Conduct walk-throughs to identify product flow issues, safety hazards, or equipment concerns.
• Assist in basic maintenance and troubleshooting of grain handling systems.
