Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2-3 years of experience leading or supporting maintenance or operations in an industrial, agricultural, or manufacturing environment.
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
• Experience with preventive or reliability-centered maintenance practices.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CMMS or similar maintenance tracking systems.
• Effective leadership, communication, and coaching abilities.
• Knowledge of safety compliance, job hazard analysis, and regulatory standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead maintenance operations to ensure equipment reliability and minimize downtime.
• Plan, schedule, and oversee preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
• Conduct root-cause analysis and implement corrective actions to prevent equipment failures.
• Manage spare parts inventory and maintain an organized storeroom.
• Track and analyze maintenance performance metrics using CMMS or similar tools.
• Promote and enforce workplace safety and environmental compliance in all operations.
• Lead and train hourly employees in equipment operation, maintenance practices, and safety standards.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation for safety, maintenance, and operational compliance.
