Job summary

CHS Inc. in Warren, MN is seeking an Operations Specialist to join one of the largest co-ops in the U.S.

You will load and unload grain and agronomy products, operate equipment, and support maintenance and safety programs at the Warren location. Responsibilities include loading/unloading, preparing trucks and railcars, monitoring inventory quality, delivering products to customer sites, and maintaining a safe work environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in Operations or Business Operations.
• Must meet minimum age requirement.
• High School diploma or GED preferred.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload grain and agronomy products.
• Prepare trucks and railcars for loading/unloading.
• Develop and maintain knowledge of commodities handled and comply with regulations.
• Deliver products to customer sites.
• Maintain safe, clean work areas and follow safety policies.
