Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in Operations or Business Operations.
• High School diploma or GED preferred.

Responsibilities

• Carry out general labor duties under supervision and prepare trucks and railcars for loading/unloading.
• Handle and monitor commodities, ensuring quality and compliance with policy and government regulations.
• Load and unload agricultural inputs using machinery, and operate automated scale/dump systems.
• Perform regular maintenance tasks and inspect equipment for leaks or hazards.
• Maintain clean and safe work areas and report safety concerns promptly.
• Provide excellent customer service to growers and other customers.
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures and perform other duties as needed.
