Job summary

Scoular is seeking an Associate Superintendent to manage daily grain-handling facility operations in a rural setting. You will learn leadership, safety policies, and how to engage with customers while maintaining efficient, safe operations.

You will help oversee receiving, storing and shipping grain/ingredients, supervise staff, and drive continuous improvements. This role offers hands-on experience in operations, quality control, and logistics in several U.S. locations.

Qualifications

• Pursuing associate’s/bachelor’s degree with anticipated graduation in 2026 or 2027
• Hands-on problem solver with ability to lead teams
• Strong safety culture and compliance mindset

Responsibilities

• Assist facility management with oversight of daily operations, including receiving, storing and shipping grain/ingredients
• Gain leadership experience supervising employees and directing daily activities
• Develop a thorough understanding of safety policies and procedures to protect employees and assets
• Provide outstanding service to customers while maintaining a safe, sustainable operation
• Identify and implement operational changes to improve efficiency and reliability
• Learn to manage product quality, quantity and inventories for inbound/outbound flow
• Coordinate transportation and maintenance requirements to ensure on-time deliveries
