Qualifications

• Knowledge of Operations and/or Business Operations.
• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to operate loaders, conveyors, tractors, and track mobile.
• Willingness to work extended hours during peak seasons to meet business demands.
• Pre-employment screenings may be required as per job requirements and guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Carry out general labor responsibilities promptly and efficiently as directed.
• Develop and maintain knowledge of commodities handled and comply with company policies and regulations.
• Prepare trucks and railcars for loading/unloading, including sampling and equipment handling.
• Load and unload agricultural inputs from railcars and trucks using heavy or light machinery.
• Operate and monitor all load-out functions and automated scale/dump systems.
• Perform daily, weekly and monthly maintenance tasks and inspect equipment for leaks and safety issues.
• Deliver products to customer sites and maintain a clean, safe work area.
