Farmers Cooperative Society is seeking a Grain Location Manager to oversee daily grain operations at the assigned location. This role involves coordinating unloading, loading, storing, cleaning and blending of grain for milling and shipment, and ensuring accurate inventory tracking.

The position emphasizes safety, adherence to procedures, and effective communication with the team. Office and outdoor work are required, with long or irregular hours during peak seasons.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• Prefer experience with grain or elevator operations.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates unloading, loading, storing, cleaning and blending of grain for milling and shipment.
• Inspects grain from incoming shipments and routes by variety and quality to designated storage bin.
• Loads/unloads grain using bucket elevators and conveyors to storage tanks.
• Inspects grain to determine cleaning needs and moisture; directs processing for milling preparation.
• Keeps inventory boards up to date with measurements; maintains housekeeping and preventative maintenance records.
