Job summary

CGB Enterprises, Inc. is seeking a hands-on worker to unload and load bulk grain at one of our facilities. You will participate in safety programs, follow OSHA and environmental rules, and help move grain to designated areas while maintaining quality.

Applicants should have a high school diploma or equivalent; prior experience is helpful but not required. The role involves outdoor work, heavy lifting, and potential overtime with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Basic mathematical skills required.
• Effective interpersonal, oral and written communication.
• Ability to complete documentation accurately and on time.
• Ability to follow directions and work in a team.
• Comfort with performing a variety of tasks in daily operation.

Responsibilities

• Fully participate in the Safety Program and daily pre-shift meetings.
• Comply with OSHA, safety and environmental regulations; wear PPE as required.
• Move grain, transfer to appropriate locations and maintain quality.
• Weigh trucks and grade grain where applicable; document data accurately.
• Perform general housekeeping and light maintenance as needed.
• Operate, monitor and shut down dryers where applicable.
• Perform preventative maintenance and operate heavy equipment as needed.
• Adapt to daily operational needs and perform other duties as assigned.
