Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Weigh and grade inbound and outbound grain to meet specs.
• Operate loading/unloading equipment for grain shipments.
• Inspect grain facilities daily for equipment condition.
• Help schedule logistics related to inbound/outbound grain.
• Maintain inventories to maximize profitability via grain movements.
• Identify problems and work with the manager on solutions.
• Deal with customers daily.
• Assist in implementing safety programs.
• Ensure compliance with environmental laws and procedures.
• Report environmental issues to supervisor.
