Job summary

Lancesoft is seeking an Elevator Operator for a short-term assignment in New Madrid, MO. You will operate safely, loading/unloading trucks and railcars, and perform grain-handling tasks in a fast-paced environment.

The position requires ability to work outdoors in all weather, climb ladders, and endure a physically demanding setting. A background check and drug test are required; schedule spans 7:15 AM–7:00 PM, seven days per week with one day off, from 10/05/2026 to 11/06/2026.

Qualifications

• BG&C and drug test clearance required.
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather.
• Capable of climbing ladders and working at heights.

Responsibilities

• Operate safely within Client policy, procedures, and governmental regulations and participate in Client Safety programs (BBSP, SafeStart, etc.).
• Perform loading/unloading of trucks and railcars.
• Handle grain processes including filling/reclaiming piles, transferring, blending, etc.
• Provide a high level of customer service through courteous, knowledgeable interactions.
• Maintain facility appearance including elevators, grounds, and buildings.
• Monitor equipment and report repairs or concerns to management.
• Be an engaged team member and contribute to problem solving.
• Work outside in all weather, climb ladders and work from heights.
• Work in a potentially physically strenuous environment.
