Job summary

Primient in the United States is seeking an Operations/Outside Labor team member to operate and monitor grain receiving and shipping at our grain elevators. Responsibilities include participating in grain quality control, maintenance, housekeeping, and upholding the highest safety standards.

The role requires the ability to work in hot and cold temperatures, climb and work at heights over 50 feet, lift up to 55 lbs, and be willing to work extra hours during harvest.

Qualifications

• Physical stamina and ability to work in hot/cold conditions.
• Ability to climb and work at heights exceeding 50 feet and lift 55 lbs.
• Willingness to work extra hours during harvest season.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Mechanical equipment operating experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor grain receiving and shipping operations.
• Participate in grain quality control, maintenance, housekeeping, and uphold safety standards.
• Perform other physical duties including lifting up to 55 lbs and climbing structures.
