Job summary

Primient is seeking a Lead Operator for Fowler, IN to oversee outside operations including grain receiving, storage, and shipping. You will lead a team of Outside Operators, implement EHS programs, and ensure safety and quality in daily operations.

Qualified candidates have a high school diploma or higher and mechanical equipment experience. Overtime during harvest may be required, with a focus on accurate grain grading, inventory control, and proactive problem-solving.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or higher required.
• Mechanical equipment operating experience preferred.
• Ability to work overtime during harvest season.

Responsibilities

• Learn all aspects of Primient’s EHS programs and implement them in daily work.
• Lead daily activities to meet objectives and supervise Outside Operators.
• Grade grain and operate the scale, accounting for inbound and outbound grain.
