Job summary

Primient in Darrow is hiring an Operations/Outside Labor role to operate and monitor all grain receiving and shipping at our grain elevators, ensuring safety and efficiency from field to customer. The position requires a High School diploma or equivalent, the ability to work in hot and cold environments, climb and work at heights, lift 55 lbs, and be available for extra hours during harvest season.

Starting pay is $20.60/hr plus overtime.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Mechanical equipment operating experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operating/monitoring all grain receiving and shipping operations
• Participating in grain quality control, general maintenance, housekeeping, and maintaining safety standards
• Work in hot and cold temperatures, climb and work at heights exceeding 50’, climb ladders, lift 55 lbs, and perform other physical duties
• Work extra hours during harvest season
