Job summary

Scoular is seeking motivated grain elevator operators to join our team in Nebraska and contribute to safe, reliable grain handling across loading, weighing, and storage tasks. You will load and unload grain, operate loaders and rail car movers, and help keep bins and facilities clean and organized.

This role requires physical stamina, comfort with heights and ladders, and the ability to work outdoors in all weather, including extreme heat and cold.

Qualifications

• Physical stamina and endurance

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform strenuous tasks

Responsibilities

• Safely load and unload incoming and outgoing grain
• Assist with weighing and grading of grain trucks
• Operate heavy equipment (loaders, skid steer loaders, rail car movers, etc.)
• Manage grain storage and maintain bins/storage areas
• Follow safety protocols and report hazards
• Perform general maintenance tasks as needed
