Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Weigh and grade inbound/outbound grain and grain products to meet specifications.
• Operate loading/unloading equipment to ship or receive grain products.
• Inspect grain facilities daily for equipment and storage condition.
• Assist scheduling logistics related to inbound/outbound grain.
• Maintain inventories to maximize profitability, including grain movements and blending.
• Identify problems and work with the manager to implement improvements.
• Deal with customers daily.
• Assist in implementing safety programs and environmental compliance.
• Report environmental issues to supervisor and review emergency policies.
