Job summary

Didion is seeking a Grain Bulk Loading Technician for night shifts in Cambria, WI. You will operate automated loadout systems, verify orders, and load bulk grain products with cross-training across equipment.

Safety, quality, and teamwork are emphasized. Forklift experience is a plus; expect elevated work and lifting up to 55 lbs.

Qualifications

• Prior manufacturing experience; food industry background preferred.
• Ability to learn and run automated equipment confidently.
• Comfort working outside and at elevation.

Responsibilities

As a Grain Bulk Loading Technician at Didion, you’re the final checkpoint for safe, precise, and efficient loadouts that keep food supply chains running.Across your 12-hour night shift, you’ll rotate between control panels and the yard—verifying orders, setting load parameters, monitoring weights, sampling when needed, and confirming seals.
