Didion Milling is seeking a Food Packaging Operations Technician in Cambria, Wisconsin. You will start and adjust packaging lines, verify PLC-driven equipment settings, and prepare materials with hand tools to ensure safe, efficient production.

You will monitor quality to FDA and CGMP standards, inspect packaged goods, and maintain precise logs. Forklift operation and light assembly are part of daily tasks, with a focus on continuous improvement and safe work practices.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Experience with packaging environments and GMP/FDA standards is a plus.
  • Ability to operate PLC-controlled equipment and hand tools.

As a Food Packaging Operations Technician, you’ll launch the line, verify settings on PLC-driven equipment, and ready materials with hand tools so production starts smoothly and safely.As cases move, you’ll watch the process like a hawk—tracking quality to FDA and CGMP standards, catching defects, confirming labels, and documenting every run with complete, accurate logs.
