The role involves analyzing student data, planning individualized engagement and career plans, and coordinating with teachers, counselors, families, and community partners to reduce risks of not graduating on time.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in education, training, leadership, social sciences, curriculum or related content area.
• Master's degree preferred.
• Valid Tennessee certificate in Teaching, Service (School Counseling/School Psychology/School Social Work) and/or Leadership preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supports all high school scholars with focus on Seniors to prevent dropouts.
• Develops and implements Individual Engagement and Career Plans.
• Monitors plans quarterly and adjusts with appropriate parties.
