Job summary

Troy University in Michigan is seeking a Graduation Center coordinator responsible for analyzing degree requirements for undergraduate and graduate students and ensuring proper submission of all paperwork for academic achievement.

You will coordinate with the International Office on international student requirements, answer graduation inquiries by phone or email, and assist the Graduation Center director with additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or minimum of three years of work experience in higher education or related field.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyzing academic-programs in detail to ensure that all degree requirements have been satisfied for those undergraduate and graduate students.
• Determining that all paperwork has been properly submitted and approved for academic achievement.
• Coordinating with the International Office regarding 1-2-1 and 2-2 students’ academic requirements.
• Answering questions related to graduation from phone calls or email messages.
• Assisting the Graduation Center with any other duties as assigned by the Director of the Graduation Center.
