Qualifikationen

• Associate degree preferred, but equivalent experience considered.
• 1+ year of educational support, case management, or work with at-risk youth.
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills; adaptable and energetic.

Aufgaben

• Assist with registration and enrollment for new students.
• Provide guidance during student orientation to set up for success.
• Act as a case manager for attendance and engagement of a cohort.
• Implement retention protocols through proactive outreach (texts, calls, home visits).
• Deliver one-on-one academic support and supervise tests in a virtual setting.
