Job summary

Goodwill of Colorado seeks a Specialist I, Post Graduation Support at the Aurora campus. This full-time, in-person role supports graduates with post-graduation activities, tracks progress, and helps students with job and academic applications.

You will collaborate with the College and Career Readiness team, build employer connections, and deliver occasional Senior Seminar sessions to promote student success and earning potential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or workforce-related/education field.
• Experience with diverse adult populations.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
• Proficient with Google applications and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams).

Responsibilities

• Monitor graduates' post-graduation activities and report outcomes.
• Create post-graduate action plans and assist with job/academic applications.
• Provide coaching and teach Senior Seminar segments.
• Collaborate with College and Career Readiness staff to support pathways.
• Build employer connections and wrap-around services networks.
