Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum three years of related experience in higher education.
• Experience managing data and producing reports; comfortable with student information systems.
• Strong written and verbal communication; able to advise students professionally.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office; knowledge of FERPA.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate graduate program administration across the student lifecycle.
• Assist in recruitment processes and yield strategies.
• Manage applications and admissions workflows using Slate and Cane Link.
• Prepare reports analyzing student data and recruitment trends.
• Support orientation and recruitment events, both remote and on-location.
