Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of education and/or experience/training is required.
• Extensive experience in undergraduate and/or graduate student affairs including admissions, recruitment, and fiscal management.
• Strong counseling, confidentiality, and communication skills; ability to engage diverse student populations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee admissions, recruitment, orientation, and degree progress for 200+ graduate students.
• Administer ~ $1.1 million in graduate student financial support; coordinate fellowships and academic appointments.
• Advise domestic and international students; ensure compliance with university policies and procedures.
• Contribute to graduate program planning, policy development, and process improvements; support student success.
