UCLA Bioengineering seeks a highly motivated Graduate Student Affairs Officer to manage its MS and PhD programs. You will oversee admissions, recruitment, orientation, advising, degree progress, and graduation for 200+ students while administering roughly $1.1 million in financial support.

You will work with faculty and campus partners to enhance the student experience, ensure policy compliance, and support data-driven program planning in a collaborative academic environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in undergraduate and/or graduate student affairs including advising, admissions, and fiscal management

Responsabilités

• Oversee admissions, recruitment, orientation and degree progress for 200+ graduate students
• Administer approximately $1.1 million in graduate student financial support
• Coordinate fellowships and academic appointments and advise domestic and international students
• Ensure compliance with university policies and procedures and support program planning and process improvements
