Job summary

ERA Structural Engineering in Minnesota is seeking a Graduate Structural Engineer to grow within a collaborative team. You will design and analyze structural systems, coordinate with architects and owners, and contribute to construction documents and project delivery.

Recent graduates with FE or EIT progression will be supported through mentoring, continuing education, and professional development opportunities. The role emphasizes hands-on design experience and client-facing collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in civil or Structural Engineering.
• Familiarity with structural design software and analysis.
• FE exam completed or in progress; EIT within 1 year is expected.

Responsibilities

• Perform structural analysis and design for buildings using concrete, steel, timber, and other materials.
• Coordinate with Project Managers and Structural Modelers to prepare construction documents.
• Review drawings and participate in internal QA and interdisciplinary coordination.
• Support construction partners with field issues and shop drawings as needed.
