AG&E Associates in Atlanta is seeking a Graduate Structural Engineer to join our team. This entry‑level role focuses on structural analysis and design, collaborating with architects and project managers to deliver high‑quality solutions and detailed calculations.

You will contribute to ongoing projects in data centers, aviation, and advanced manufacturing while developing professionally through mentorship and hands‑on experience at a leading engineering firm.

Qualifications

Bachelor's and Master’s degrees in civil/architectural engineering with a structural emphasis.
Pursuing PE licensure (structural) in state of residence; EIT required.

Responsibilities

Perform structural analysis and design using hand calculations and software.
Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project managers to deliver high-quality solutions.
Prepare project documentation and calculations with accuracy and timeliness.
Support construction administration, including reviewing shop drawings and RFIs.
May gain experience across different project types and markets over time.
Contribute to internal knowledge sharing and training initiatives.
Participate in client meetings and networking opportunities
