Job summary

TikTok is seeking graduates to join the centralized Testing team. You will validate, automate, develop, and manage the challenges of scale with your expertise in large-scale systems, including maintaining automation tests, handling user feedback, functional validation, building the App, and release management.

Successful candidates must commit to an onboarding date by the end of the year, and resume-screened applicants will be invited to participate in our technical online assessment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or related field.
• Strong programming skills in Java, Python, Objective-C, or Golang from projects or internships.
• Fundamental test automation concepts and basic API, mobile, or web testing tools.
• Knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and system design principles.
• Interest or project experience with AI/LLM tools to improve code quality or testing efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Participate in the entire system testing process under guidance, including requirement analysis, designing and executing test plans/cases, and tracking defects.
• Assist in project execution, tracking risks, and maintaining test execution processes.
• Learn and apply test tools and collaborate to develop internal tools, test frameworks, and CD platforms to improve productivity.
