TikTok is seeking a Testing Engineer Graduate for a 2027 start in San Jose. You will join the centralized Testing team to validate, automate, and manage large-scale systems, focusing on automation tests, release management, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Ideal candidates have a CS/CE/SE degree and strong programming skills in Java, Python, Objective-C, or Golang, with exposure to test automation and AI/LLM tooling to boost quality and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or related discipline.
• Strong programming skills in Java, Python, Objective-C, or Golang from academic projects or internships.
• Fundamental understanding of test automation and basic API/mobile/web testing experience.
• Familiarity with data structures, algorithms, and system architecture.
• Interest or exposure to AI/LLM tools to improve testing efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Participate in the full system testing process under guidance, from requirement analysis to test case design and defect tracking.
• Assist in project execution, risk tracking, and maintaining test execution processes.
• Collaborate with senior engineers to develop and maintain internal tools, test frameworks, and CI/CD platforms.
