TikTok is seeking a Software Engineer Graduate for the Ads Interface team in San Jose. You will design, develop, test, and refine the Ads experience while guiding a small team through complex challenges and deliverables.

You will partner with PMs, designers, and R&D to shape the next generation of TikTok ads and growth strategies. As a graduate, you will tackle large-scale systems and AI-driven personalization, with opportunities to learn, grow, and contribute to the company’s advertising

Competenze

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Strong CS fundamentals (algorithms, data structures, software design) and problem-solving.
• Very strong teamwork, communication, ownership, and empathy.

Mansioni

• Design, develop, test, and improve TikTok's Ads experience.
• Manage a focused team of software engineers with mentoring.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Designers, and other teams to explore next-gen ads experiences.
• Define team project priorities, deadlines, and deliverables.
