Job summary

TikTok is seeking a Software Engineer Graduate to join our AI Agent & Global Revenue Platform team in San Jose. You will help build the next-generation AI Agent-powered growth platform, embedding LLM reasoning, multimodal perception, and autonomous decisions across the advertising lifecycle.

You will architect AI Agent systems, develop the backend for TikTok's CRM platform, and deliver enterprise-grade solutions impacting millions of advertisers and billions of revenue.

Qualifications

• Minimum Qualifications: Individuals who are completing or have recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related discipline.
• Preferred Qualifications: Hands-on experience with AI Agents and Multi-Agent workflows, MCP, RAG, and Code Embedding; experience with Spark, OLAP engines, and Flink; familiarity with Elastic Search and Redis/Memcached; familiarity with Kafka, RabbitMQ, and RocketMQ; familiarity with CRM platforms and Ad Sales automated processes; experience with Java, Spring Boot, microservices, and relational databases.

Responsibilities

• Architect and build AI Agent systems and the next-generation growth platform.
• Develop backend for TikTok's proprietary CRM platform and scale enterprise-grade solutions.
• Support millions of advertisers and billions in revenue by building high-performance CRM across regions.
• Collaborate with Product, Operations, Sales, and Data Science teams to translate AI capabilities into measurable growth.
