Job summary

TikTok is seeking a seasoned engineer to lead the Monetization Ads Interface Team in the United States. You will design and improve our ads experience and oversee a dedicated team of software engineers, while collaborating with product managers and designers to push the next generation of TikTok ads.

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Strong CS fundamentals (algorithms, data structures, software design).

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and improve TikTok Ads experience.
• Lead a focused team of software engineers with guidance and mentoring.
• Collaborate with PMs, designers, and other teams to explore next-gen ads experiences.
• Own team priorities, deadlines, and deliverables.
• Define a long-term technical roadmap and contribute to decisions.
