About The Role: Kickstart your career as a Software Engineer with a Graduate Software Engineer role at Ditto. Your role will start with a structured 2-year training program that will teach you all you need to succeed as a professional software engineer. Working alongside industry experts, you will be trained on all aspects of building production software — design, development, and testing, including debugging your software in customer scenarios. You will learn a number of modern programming languages, development techniques, and cutting-edge Cloud technologies.

As a Graduate Software Engineer, you will:

1. Complete our extensive 2-year training program on all aspects of software engineering
2. Learn an abundance of programming languages including Rust, Swift, and Kotlin
3. Gain valuable experience with modern development methodologies, practices, and tools
4. Ship code across our portfolio of products, demos, and examples
5. Improve our efficiency by helping develop our internal tools and automation
6. Hone your problem-solving skills by helping customers troubleshoot their issues
7. Sharpen your technical communication with documentation enhancements
8. Earn promotion to a Software Engineer position within 2 years
9. Gain a command of internal collaboration with product, sales, and marketing teams

Who you are:

• First Class Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
• Multiple years of programming experience in one or more languages (e.g., Python, C, Java, Rust)
• Familiarity with CS fundamentals such as hardware, networking, and operating systems
• (Nice to have): Experience building mobile applications (Android / iOS)
• Strong appetite for learning and desire to tackle new technologies
• Creative problem-solving abilities and clear communication skills
