Position Purpose

The Sr. Software Engineer is responsible for independently developing and redesigning/refactoring products to meet customer and business needs. You will be part of a dynamic team, collaborating across experience levels to build, deploy, and support applications. Responsibilities also include product and tool selection, configuration, security, resilience, performance tuning, and mentoring.

Key Responsibilities

1. Delivery and Execution (50%): Develop, test, deploy, and maintain software; understand its value; take on challenges with enthusiasm; develop test suites; approach issues broadly and globally.
2. Learns and Grows (20%): Learn from successes and failures; seek growth opportunities through formal and informal channels.
3. Plans and Aligns (20%): Collaborate in agile processes; improve organizational success; work with product teams; communicate effectively; adapt to changing demands.
4. Supports and Enables (10%): Mentor junior engineers; lead technical discussions.

Reporting Structure

• Typically reports to Software Engineer Manager or Sr. Manager
• Has no direct reports

Minimum Qualifications

• At least 18 years old
• Legally permitted to work in the U.S.

Preferred Qualifications

• 4-6 years relevant experience
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA Procure-to-Pay, Add Coop Rebates, Invoice verification, Payables, Dispute, Chargeback processes
• Knowledge of SAP functional solutions, posting, parking, invoices, intercompany, AIF, accounting postings, EDI, IDOCs, SAP payments, testing tools, Tax systems, and Add Coop Rebates
• Strong communication and collaboration skills; experience with offshore teams; formal testing experience

Education and Experience

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in related field
• Minimum 3 years of work experience
