Job summary

Fisher German is recruiting a Graduate Surveyor for its Rural Property Management team in Worcester. The role focuses on estate management for private, charitable, and corporate clients, alongside rural professional practice.

You will work within a national team offering services including agri-business, valuation, and building consultancy, with a view to MRICS progression. The position is 37.5 hours, hybrid working, in Worcester, UK.

Qualifications

• Training background within Rural Surveying
• Willingness to work towards MRICS qualification
• Able to work on own initiative
• Effective communicator with clients & stakeholders
• Able to plan travel and overnight stays when on-site

Responsibilities

• Manage estate management portfolios across the Midlands
• Lead and develop client relationships and teams
• Handle lease renewals, rent reviews, and tenancy issues
• Oversee income/expenditure and CAPEX budgeting for clients
• Ensure property, contractor, and client compliance
