Qualifications

• Internship, co‑op, or early work experience in engineering, project delivery, construction or related technical environment.
• Foundational technical knowledge aligned to your field of study.
• Demonstrated ability to apply academic learning to real-world projects.
• Exposure to industry tools, systems, or software relevant to your discipline.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with willingness to learn.
• Effective communication and teamwork across cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Support delivery of projects across Engineering, Project Services, and Construction to meet requirements on time and within budget.
• Complete structured rotations across key functions from concept to handover.
• Contribute to discipline activities during rotations, including studies, design, scheduling, and reporting.
• Assist with project controls, scheduling, cost tracking, estimating, and documentation.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment with objectives and safety standards.
• Engage in meetings, design reviews, and site activities to support project objectives and quality.
• Identify risks, propose solutions, and escalate where appropriate.
