Job summary

Gexpro Services invites new graduates to join the Engineering Manufacturing Leadership Program (EMLP), a two-year leadership rotation with three eight-month assignments across manufacturing, design, quality, scheduling, sourcing, warehousing and operations. You will develop technical and supervisory skills while solving real business challenges within a global supply chain.

The program includes training, hands-on experience and career development, with rotations in Brewton, AL; Charlotte, NC;

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or similar.
• Strong interest in Supply Chain, Manufacturing or Design.
• Experience in Supply Chain, Manufacturing or Design preferred.
• Ability to read blueprints and understand manufacturing process flow.
• CAD/CAM software use and management (SolidWorks preferred).
• Change management and innovative mindset.
• Detail oriented and able to lead and collaborate.

Responsibilities

• Gain experience with day-to-day operations of the business.
• Manage projects and support cross-functional teams from start to finish.
• Expand professional network with team members across functions and locations.
• Engage in learning and development opportunities to strengthen leadership.
