Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from a regionally accredited four-year college or university, or current student with anticipated graduation by end of current semester.
• Be able to relocate one to two times during rotation.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Proficient in Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Participate in rotations across multiple CFP tracks including Sales, Operations, Hog Procurement, Distribution Center, Supply Chain and more.
• Assist in problem-solving and take on leadership roles for assigned projects within rotations.
• Receive mentorship and guidance from managers and Talent Acquisition Specialists to support career development.
