Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required; master's preferred.
• Experience in student recruitment or admissions is desirable.
• Strong project management and communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee graduate student recruitment programs.
• Design and implement marketing/outreach strategies to promote programs.
• Collaborate with marketing to grow the prospective student pipeline.
• Lead recruitment initiatives, events, webinars, and external fairs.
• Serve as admissions liaison for partnerships and presentations.
• Generate reports to track enrollment trends and targets.
• Manage budgets and departmental policies within standards.
• Coach staff and collaborate across departments on initiatives.
