The role involves representing JU at graduate fairs and events, and providing consultative admissions guidance to prospective students.

The ideal candidate has proven graduate recruitment experience in higher education, strong communication and analytical skills, and the ability to work independently

• Strong planning and goal-setting abilities.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills with data evaluation.

Responsibilities

• Proactively creates an outbound recruitment strategy to identify and develop new graduate student candidates.
• Provides consultative services to prospective students regarding programs, application, and matriculation.
• Schedules/hosts official interviews; makes recommendations as part of admissions committee.
• Represents Jacksonville University at local and global graduate recruitment fairs.
• Collaborates with the Director to address recruitment issues and achieve enrollment goals.
• Refines and hosts information sessions for prospects and yield events for admitted applicants.
• Supports recruiting management systems and builds strong communication with prospective and matriculated students.
• Provides recruitment strategy insights to the marketing team.
• Performs other relevant duties as assigned.
