You will need strong communication, relationship-building, and strategic planning skills, with experience in marketing and CRM tools. Travel to physician offices and hospital settings is expected.

Qualifications

• Excellent oral and written communication skills and ability to think critically and strategically.
• Excellent relationship building skills and ability to work with others using tact and diplomacy.
• Ability to implement initiatives strategically with minimal supervision, multitask, and work in a matrixed environment.
• Fundamental knowledge of marketing and sales.
• Experience with computer hardware/software including Microsoft Office and CRM/marketing tools.
• Strong organizational and presentation abilities.
• Ability to travel between hospital and physician offices as needed.

Responsibilities

• Manage budget spreadsheet and stay within allocated budget.
• Respond quickly to physician-identified issues and communicate with administrators.
• Implement strategic physician marketing plans with ROI tracking.
• Facilitate introductions to physicians and hospital programs to build business.
• Articulate issues and suggest potential solutions for departments and marketability.
• Stay informed on trends in healthcare marketing and physician arenas.
• Track visits, blitzes, opportunities, and issues.
• Maintain confidentiality of employee, patient, and staff information.
• Secure face-to-face meetings with physicians and key decision makers.
• Assist with development, distribution, and communication of key information.
