Our client, a progressive recruitment consultancy, is seeking enthusiastic Graduate Recruitment Consultants to join their fully remote team. As a Graduate Consultant, you will be trained and mentored to source, engage, and screen potential candidates for a variety of roles across different industries. This role is entirely remote, offering the flexibility to work from anywhere while developing critical recruitment skills. Key Responsibilities

• Assist in sourcing candidates for various open positions using online job boards, social media, and internal databases.


• Screen resumes and conduct initial phone or video interviews to assess candidate suitability.


• Schedule interviews for candidates with hiring managers and internal recruitment teams.


• Maintain and update candidate information in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).


• Learn and apply recruitment best practices and methodologies.


• Support the recruitment team in administrative tasks related to the hiring process.


• Engage with candidates to provide information about roles and the recruitment process.


• Participate in training sessions and actively seek opportunities for professional development.


• Contribute to building a positive candidate experience.

Requirements

• Recent graduate with a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, Communications, or a related field.


• Strong interest in recruitment and talent acquisition.
