Mara Talent is seeking a Graduate Recruitment Consultant for a fast-paced graduate programme in Tampa, Florida. Base salary is $45,000 with uncapped commission, offering an OTE of $70k–$80k in Year 1.

You will build relationships with clients across Life Sciences and Banking & Finance, driving end-to-end recruitment and closed deals to support clients’ growth. Structured onboarding and ongoing development support will help you progress quickly in a high-performing sales environment.
