Onsite in Tampa, you will build client relationships, source tech talent, and manage full-cycle recruitment from brief to contract.

From day one you will receive structured training and mentorship, with a clear path for progression.

Job description

Location: Tampa, FL (Onsite)
Salary: $45,000 to $50,000 Base Plus Uncapped Commission- First Year OTE $55,000 to $60,000

What You'll Do

As a Recruitment Consultant, you'll play a key role in connecting top technology professionals with leading organizations across the United States. Your responsibilities will include:

• Building relationships with clients and hiring managers
• Sourcing and engaging technology professionals within niche markets
• Managing the full recruitment process from initial client brief through to relationship management during contract periods and beyond
• Developing and growing your own network of clients and candidates
• Working towards individual sales and recruitment targets

From day one, you'll receive structured training and hands-on support from experienced recruiters and leaders.

• 0-12 Months: Learn recruitment fundamentals and make placements with support
• 12-18 Months: Manage your own recruitment processes and develop a client portfolio
• 18+ Months: Lead key accounts, mentor others, and contribute to business growth
