We’re hiring Graduate / Trainee Recruitment Consultants to join a growing international recruitment business in Tampa, Florida, with an September/ October 2026 start.
This is a particularly exciting time to join. The company already has an established international presence and is now investing heavily in its US operation, with expansion across technology, construction, engineering and energy/renewables.
The Tampa office is still in its early stages, with plans to grow to around 15 people by the end of the year.
So rather than joining a huge, established sales floor where you can easily get lost in the crowd, you’ll have the chance to become part of the team as it grows.
You’ll get the backing, systems and training of an established international business, combined with the atmosphere and opportunity you’d expect from a rapidly scaling office.
As a Recruitment Consultant, you’ll develop relationships with both businesses and candidates across a range of growing markets.
