Fifteen West in New York, NY, is seeking a Recruitment Consultant to develop new business and place top tech talent. No recruitment experience is required as comprehensive training is provided; you will start in a Manhattan office and move to a hybrid model after initial training.

You will build relationships with senior technology leaders, manage the end-to-end recruitment process, and progress based on results with strong earning potential and benefits.

You’ll work from its growing Manhattan office, specializing in high-demand technology markets including FinTech and GreenTech.

No recruitment experience is required. You’ll receive structured training, clear performance targets, and the opportunity to build a career where progression is based on results rather than tenure.

The Recruitment Consultant will build relationships with senior technology leaders, develop new client accounts, connect businesses with high-quality talent, and manage recruitment processes from first conversation through successful placement.

Role Highlights
