Graduate Recruitment Consultant – North Carolina

Are you a driven graduate ready to launch a high-earning, fast-paced career in recruitment? We're looking for ambitious and confident individuals to join our clients growing team as Graduate Recruitment Consultants in North Carolina!

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Building and maintaining relationships with clients and candidates
• Managing the full recruitment cycle – from sourcing talent to closing placements
• Working towards weekly and monthly targets (and being rewarded when you smash them!)
• Becoming an expert in your industry niche
• Learning from experienced mentors in a supportive, team-driven environment

What We’re Looking For:

• Recent or soon-to-be graduates
• Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal
• A strong work ethic and a competitive edge
• A desire to learn, grow, and succeed in a performance-based role
• Sales or customer service experience is a plus (but not required)
