FIFTEEN WEST is seeking graduates to join a growth-focused recruitment team in our Bryant Park, New York office. You will build relationships with candidates and businesses across the Tech market, developing into a commercially successful recruitment professional.

No prior recruitment experience is required. You will receive structured training, practical coaching, and a clear path to leadership or high-billing roles as you progress your career.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage relationships with candidates and hiring organizations across an established market.
• Develop opportunities leveraging warm leads and existing relationships.
• Learn permanent, contract and specialist recruitment techniques through structured training.
• Manage recruitment processes from initial conversations through interviews, offers and placements.
• Build your market presence with clear opportunities to progress into leadership or high-billing individual contributor roles.

$50,000–$60,000 base + uncapped commission | Average first-year earnings around $90,000
